Tracy Hayes is the Global Head of Technical Training for Fudge Professional hair care. Hired to merge world class colouring techniques with a sharp, fashion edge, she works alongside renowned stylist John Vial, Fudge’s Creative Director. Tracy inspires at every level, from salon in-house seminars to large international shows, shooting hair collections and working on editorial shoots with consumer magazines. Tracy’s professional background is of the highest calibre. She spent many years with Vidal Sassoon as UK Creative Colour Director, during which she was responsible for educating and mentoring the internationally renowned colouring teams. Based at the Advanced Academy in London, Tracy played a key part in the development and delivery of the world famous Sassoon collections. She has also spent time with Schwarzkopf as Global Colour Ambassador, working on the reformulation of one of their colour product lines. Her most recent role has been spent working at the exclusive Real Hair salon based in Chelsea. Tracy has an impressive, well-established hairdressing background ranging from creating consumer looks in salons to educating in worldwide academies. She has also worked internationally at hair shows, with top session stylists and developed looks from key runway trends. Her talent for creating relevant, modern colour looks has taken Tracy across the world to countries such as Japan and the USA, where she was in constant demand to appear at some of the world’s most prestigious hair shows.
