Michael Cohen began his career with Vidal Sassoon in 1969 and by the 1980s he was the company’s Director of Staff Training and then Principle of the London Creative Academy, Vidal Sassoon's most prestigious facility and played a vital role in the development of the company’s education reputation. Throughout his career, Michael has worked with some of the most iconic Sassoon leading lights, such as Roger Thompson, Christopher Brooker, Tim Hartley, Stacey Broughton, Richard Ashforth, Annie Humphrys, Tracy Hayes, Edward Darly, Frank Taylor, Mark Hayes, Andrew Gilbert and Danielle Harvey.
Michael set up his own salon CMC in 1997, quickly establishing a reputation for creativity, good service and high standards. Michael successfully developed his business to extend to international seminars and shows travelling around the world. Michael is currently working as a hair consultant on training, business and curriculum standardisation globally.
