MHDPro recommends using the See-Do-Stop-Check method to learn, which allows users of any ability to work at their own pace and to achieve faster learning than traditional methods, even during in salon training days.

1. See – Watch the video in bite-sized chunks.
2. Do – Do the technique or process you’ve just watched.
3. Stop – Pause and rewatch the step again on the video. If you’re struggling rewind as many times as necessary until you get it.
4. Check – Check that you’ve completed the process correctly.

Move on to the next bit. It’s easy.
